Speaking to some scribes, Roja has said that she is open to fresh and interesting roles that come her way. Saying that her performance in Shambo Shiva Shambo has been congratulated by everyone, the actress said that she would want to act in interesting roles. She is currently shooting for Puri Jagannadh's 'Golimaar'.Roja said that though she has not bid adieu to politics, she might want to juggle politics and films in future. She commented that many of today's heroines did not enjoy a span of more than a year and that the reasons were not fathomable to her.
About her role in SSS, she said that the character was not negative, but was just arrogant. Making a point that she was not back to acting for making money, she said that films were her curiosity.
She said that she was being complimented by every one saying she looked glamorous as ever. "Offers are coming my way. I am opting for distinct ones among them. SSS came at a time when I wanted to do such roles."
